Exhausted and tired of the madness of the concrete jungle and the monotonous drawl of daily life at 3 full time jobs as a single mother, I knew there had to be more to life.
I moved out to the mountains and to BC where my parents had retired. I decided it was time to heal from former trauma and PTSD.
I changed my life from negative to positive by changing my mindset habits. I quit all coping mechanisms one by one and slowly but surely my life improved.
I gained self confidence and adopted healthy habits to become a better version of my former self.
